SUPORTESUPPORT

Suporte

  • Android TV e Google TV: informe servidor/URL, usuário e senha diretamente no aplicativo. Não use o portal de código.

2. Como usar o código — somente Samsung Tizen

Support

Updated on 16/08/2026. WR Vision Player provides support for app operation on Samsung Tizen, Roku, Android TV, and Google TV.

1. Access methods

  • Samsung Tizen: choose between manual Xtream Codes inside the app or “Panel Activation” using a 6-digit code.
  • Roku: enter server/URL, username, and password directly on the TV. Do not use the code portal.
  • Android TV and Google TV: enter server/URL, username, and password directly in the app. Do not use the code portal.

2. How to use the code — Samsung Tizen only

  1. On Samsung Tizen, open the activation screen and select PANEL ACTIVATION.
  2. Keep the screen open and note the 6-digit code.
  3. Open this website's home page, enter the code, and select the compatible configuration that will be sent to that TV.
  4. On the TV, complete activation according to the instruction shown in the app.

The code portal is not used by the Roku, Android TV, or Google TV versions.

3. Android TV and Google TV

The Android version may use voice search when the device supports it and the user grants microphone permission. HTTPS is recommended when the source supports it. If the user-configured source only works over HTTP, the app may warn that the connection is not encrypted.

4. Before contacting support

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Confirm that server/URL, username, and password are correct.
  • Restart the app and device.
  • Confirm that the configured source is available.
  • For Samsung code activation, confirm that the code shown on the TV still matches the code entered in the portal.
